We are not responsible for any ticketing or towing incurred while visiting The Hive.
 

There is a small lot located in the alley behind Mila’s Cantina (across the street at Clarkson and 6th). The entrance to the lot is located in the alley between Brothers BBQ and Mila’s Cantina on the South side of 6th avenue (there is an entrance on Clarkson but it is often not open). There are approximately 10 spots available.

 

If you do park on the street, please be advised of street sweeping signage. Street sweeping occurs every week from April till November. Please be advised of these signs. They WILL tow your car and it is at least $400 to get it out.

Along Washington: East (side of the street- SotS)- Wednesday, West SotS- Tuesday
Along Clarkson: East SotS- Tuesday, West SotS- Wednesday
Along Pennsylvania: East SotS- Wednesday, West SotS- Tuesday
Along Pearl: East SotS- Tuesday, West SotS- Wednesday
Along 5th: North SotS- Friday, South SotS- Thursday
Along 7th: North SotS- Thursday

Please do not rely on this list when parking! Double check all recommendations against street signage.

 

DO NOT PARK IN THE DISPENSARY PARKING LOT ON 6th AND CLARKSON. THEY WILL TOW YOU.

 

There is a handicapped spot located right outside of our building.
