Barbara J Dray, Ph.D
Life Coach and End of Life Doula
Barbara is a 30 year veteran as a leader and instructional coach in the field of Bilingual Special Education, who recently retired to dedicate her time to Life Coaching & End of Life Doula work. She has participated in numerous life coaching programs to include Designing Your Life with Bill Burnet, Having It Soul Innovator Program with Alee Reina Hoffman & Dez “The Rich Witch” Davis, and Life Purpose Pathfinder as well as other workshops with Angie Kay.
Since 2020, Barbara has been using the Dreambook+Planner given to her by a dear friend. The Dreambook+Planner became an anchor during the pandemic as she navigated remote learning with her then 5 year old daughter and trying to feel productive & balanced in an otherwise chaotic time. The Dreambook helped cultivate a Sweetlife by shifting from “To Dos” and work meetings to prioritizing her mental, physical, and spiritual health with finding balance across Sweetness, Structure & Space. Barbara is also a longtime practitioner of Plum Village’s mindfulness meditation practices who has led local and online meditation groups. She is a certified mindful movement & meditation teacher, who received her 200 RYT from Beth Sanchez & Jeremy Wolf in 2016. Barbara is also an INELDA trained End of Life Doula, helping people navigate a life well lived in the final stages of life.
